Behavioural Therapy is a broad term referring to Psychotherapy, Behaviour Analysis, and a combination of the two. Behaviour Therapy does not involve one specific method, but it has a wide range of techniques. This therapy can be divided into two disciplines- Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
ABA is the process of systematically applying interventions based on learning theories and using techniques to bring about Positive Behaviour Change. CBT is a form of Psychotherapy that helps manage problems by changing the way you think and behave. It is commonly used to treat Anxiety and Depression.
